Parents or designated legal guardians must remain inside the building during the child's entire lesson duration. Children must be picked up immediately following lesson conclusion. For safety reasons, children cannot be left unattended before or after lessons.

Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month. A 14-day written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle is required for program withdrawal. Late payments may incur a $25 late fee after the 5th of the month.

Make-up lessons are available for missed classes provided 24-hour notice is given. Each student may receive up to 2 make-up lessons per quarter. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class.
All students and parents are expected to adhere to our safety guidelines. Running on pool decks is strictly prohibited. Parents must supervise siblings at all times. Our staff reserve the right to dismiss students who engage in unsafe behavior.
It is the parent's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their child's participation in swim lessons. Our staff will work with you to accommodate special needs to the best of our ability.

In the event of severe weather or facility maintenance, classes may be canceled. Parents will be notified via email and SMS as early as possible. Make-up lessons will be scheduled for canceled classes.
